Created by Seikakujo Watanabe (now French bread), it showcases the reason why at the beginning of this century they were the doujin GODS, having a quality that was unbelievable at that time, and wasn't until Tasofro (Eternal Fighter Zero) and Zun (Touhous) appeared that you didn't start seeing production with such a high quality. Missing these games is like having miseed Street Fighter II, simply too much.

Making memories of the year 1999, when I had a 486 I got this game and I simply loved it, so I thought what is a better way to start this doujin blog than to start with the same game that made me realize of this world. 5mb that can give so much fun.

Using a similar battle system than the Asuka 120% Burning Fest Final, you use the JKL keys to attack.

The Queen of Heart '99

Back when this game was brand new, it took me two weeks of downloading it until I was able to (500 megabytes in a 28.8 connection means 50 hours), but boy it was worth it. Running amazingly well in a Pentium II, it's still very enjoyable now that I have a Core2Duo, and I still play once in a while.

A big step forward since 98, the playable roster was basically tripled, even though the battle system didn't receive any change. By default, you use the ZXCV keys, but it can be changed on the config executable (this is the only game in this saga that allows it).

The Queen of Heart 2001 - Party's Breaker

This game was completely hyped and for a good reason, having the battle system polished up to make one of the finest doujin fighters ever made. Even though the playable roster took a hit, it's barely noticeable, since it took a lot of great changes, such as using a 640X480 resolution (bigger than most commercial companies on the day, even if it was just for the stages). This game has a time counter, and seeing that I have over 5 days played, you can guess that this game just doesn't get bad at any time. This is also the first game of Watanabe who uses the NM;: configuration, which afterwards has become the default on basically every other game they have createdd.
